Registration Packet
The 2024 Season Registration has begun. To guarantee your child's spot on a team please register early as teams are starting to fill up. Once all teams are filled there will be a waiting list as there are participants that do drop out or the potential to add another team in the same age bracket.

Forms needed are

o Registration Form – Signed Original
o Participant Code of Conduct – Signed Original
o Parent Code of Conduct – Signed Original
o Birth Certificate – Original if you did not play with us last year
o AYF Emergency Medical Consent Form – Signed Original
o AYF Waiver Release – Signed Original
o AYF/RAJC Image Release – Signed Original
o Registration Fee
